Tripti Bhadauriya is a dynamic professional passionate about driving impactful change through strategic monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) initiatives. As the MEL Manager at Grow Asia, Tripti plays a central role in shaping the organization's approach to monitoring and evaluation, providing strategic guidance and management of MEL systems across the Grow Asia Network.

 

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Tripti leads the design and implementation of Grow Asia's Regional and Country MEL systems. She collaborates closely with program and operations teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements. Her expertise in developing performance indicators, data collection tools, and reporting processes ensures the accuracy and integrity of programmatic reporting to donors and partners.

 

As a skilled communicator and collaborator, Tripti serves as a liaison between Grow Asia and external stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships and facilitating knowledge sharing in monitoring and evaluation. Her commitment to accountability, transparency, and maximizing program impact drives Grow Asia's mission to create positive change in Southeast Asia's agricultural sector.

 

Prior to joining Grow Asia, Tript was a Social Entrepreneur and Social Impact Consultant. During this time, she provided impact-driven solutions to multiple non-profits and organizations. Tripti holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS, Singapore.
